Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery

We will ship your order via UPS on most orders with the exception of some special circumstances. You must inform us prior to your order being processed if would you prefer an alternative shipping method.

Expedited Orders:

Regular shipping rates apply for ALL Orders with expedited shipping. These include: 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. All expedited Orders MUST be confirmed verbally or by email. All Next Day Air & Next Day Saturday orders must be confirmed by 2PMPST and all 3 Day Select & 2nd Day Air orders must be confirmed by 3PM PST. Any orders shipped to a residential address will require a signature and a fixed fee of $5 per shipment will be applied. No Exception!

Default Shipping Method will be UPS Ground. We will do our best to ship all order placed same day but we do not guarantee same day shipping.

Expedited Orders (3day/2nd/Next Day): If you wish to expedite an order, Please make sure to call in and let one of our staff know that your order needs to be expedited. We highly suggest to also leave a comment on the “comment line” when checking out on your online cart.

Using Your UPS Account #: If you have your own UPS account, we will be happy to use that for all your order. If, for whatever reason, UPS doesn’t want to accept your account after the order has been shipped i.e. account closed/cancelled/delinquent/invalid etc, JAG Precision will charge your account standard UPS shipping rate. Your credit card on file will be automatically charge without your notice.

Freight (by Truck) Service: If your order is large enough (dimensional or weight), we can offer freight service as an option. Most of the time orders must be at least 1 pallet (or weigh approximately 300lbs+) for it to be cost effective to utilize a freight service. All freight services will not come with Lift Gate Service unless requested. Any freight services added after will be charge to your account automatically. Please call us for price on Lift Gate Service. All freight order MUST be paid VIA Credit Card. No exceptions!

Freight Orders: Please make sure to count every single box on your order. The driver will have BOL and he will let you know how many boxes he/she is delivering. If you notice any damaged box (s)/pallet, please let the driver know and have them make notes. The more details the better. It will better for the buyer to get claims paid due to damaged goods. Pictures works great! Make sure you’re signing for all the packages they’re delivering. If you have to break the wrap, please do so. Once you sign that BOL. It will be very hard to put a claim on any missing packages.

*** Dealers MUST report ANY discrepancies with your orders within 72 hours of receiving the order.

US Mail Option: We do offer US Mail service as an option but since our mail service pick up is early in the morning, we do not guarantee your order will be shipped same day. Please allow up to an additional 24-36 hours of processing time.

If a shipment is refused or failed to be picked up without prior notice given to JAG Precision, the customer will be 100% liable for ALL shipping charges (Including return shipping fees) as well as a 20% restocking fee. Any unpaid shipping charges or restocking fee will be automatically billed to your Credit Card on file. If funds are not available or COD was utilized any open balance must be paid with a credit card before any orders are allowed orders will be shipped to the customer.

Returns & Replacements

Returns: Returns must receive authorization before shipping. Please click here to see RMA Policy and fillout the RMA Form, No Exceptions. Defective merchandise is subject to inspection and repaired or replaced at our discretion. (Within 7 days after shipment arrived.) All returns must have documentation included, see our RMA Policy. All AEG and gas operated airsoft repairs are subject to a $20.00 inspection fee. If it is deemed that the repair is under warranty, the inspection fee will be returned. If the repair is authorized, the inspection fee will be put toward the cost of the repair. All returned products either warranty or not must be in their ORINGAL box and secured in another box to ensure the safety of the product and its original box prefect for the customer. All products that use batteries need to be UNPLUGGED and for gas products they need to be EMPTY of all gas. By not following these required guidelines charges for return shipping and or packaging will be added to the repair products even if they are warranty related. Initial (First) Order: will need to meet the $1000 minimum. All subsequent orders will be subject to a $25 minimum transaction.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

New Dealer Payment Options: We only accept Credit Card or Wire Transfer for the first year of business. After the first year, COD/Cashier’s Check or Money Order payment will be available.

Credit Cards: We accept VISA, MASTER CARD or Discover.

Wire Transfer: Bank fee of $50 per wire transfer

Cashier’s Check/Money Order: There is an additional UPS charge of $12 per package shipped COD. Our COD policy is one COD amount per box.

**Note: It is the buyers responsibly to make sure there are enough available funds on your credit card/debit card. We will try to give you a courtesy call or email to let you know the card on file is declined or can’t be process. Please make sure to let us know when/if the card is good to go or if you wish to use a different credit card otherwise your order will sit in our warehouse.

Viewing Orders

*Online Inventory is not 100% accurate. Our inventory changes every minute so please if you need to know if a certain item(s) are in stock, please call your JAG Sales Representative.

*Once you place an order online, we will send you a copy of the order without shipping total. Shipping will be generated once the order is process and packed.

* If for whatever reasons you lose/can’t remember your password, do not worry, you can click Forgot Password and it will send an email to which ever email address you’ve entered when the account was made. This will include a randomly generated password each time you use the Forgot Password feature. It is advisable to change this new password to one that is easily remembered.

Updating Account Information

Change of Address:

If you wish change your shipping address; please notify us as soon as possible. You will not be able to revise your shipping information online. Dealers are required to either phone or email their Sales Representative for change of address or any changes on your account. If you wish to re-route your order, please contact your sales representative for more info. If a re-route option is available for your order, a small fee might be incurred. Fees will vary per courier. We will save the last order shipping info unless we’re notified not to do so.
